LMA Reconciliation

Hi all,

Here is the reconciliation of Due To/ Due From LMA.  As was past practice

the figures include LMA Recognition, Rent, and Interest through May 31,

2001.  There is a balance due of $ 8,625.49 to Operations which we have

applied to the $ 300,000 loan.
