. . using the USCF February Supplement.  Weekly ratings may be used to pair unrated players, but not to determine section.

TOURNAMENT:  5 Rounds, Game in 30  USCF and TCA memberships required and USCF Rules apply.  Open sections
. . require notation and clocks if available, Reserved sections strongly encourage notation and clocks.  Touch-move applies in
. . all sections except K-1. Bring your own chess set, and clock if you have one, money for lunch, and a good attitude.

TIMES:  At-Site Registration (forfeits Round 1) 8:30-9:00; Round 1 begins at 9:30; others ASAP.  No elimination, you will
. . play all rounds.  Lunch follows Round 2, snacks and lunches available on site at reasonable cost.

TEAMS: Two or more players in the same section, who attend the same school campus for full-time academic classes, or
. . who belong to the same Home School Association.  Sections are not combined for teams.  Top 4 scorers added for the team.

TROPHIES: In each Section 1st to 10th Individual, 1st to 3rd Team; Medals to players with 3 or more points who do not win
. . a trophy.  Tie Break: Solkoff (add wins of all opponents), then Modified Median (drop the lowest).
